Lynn C. Pluister

Lynn Pluister, hailing from Northern Indiana, received her JD from Valparaiso University Law School in 2006. She spent the first several years of her legal career working for a small law firm in Valparaiso, learning the ins and outs of handling legal cases – from intake to post trial matters. Beginning in 2015, Lynn then spent a couple years working for a local bank, assisting businesses in exploring, creating, managing, and dissolving employee stock ownership plans. In 2016, her family relocated to the Upstate of South Carolina, which is where she now calls home.

Lynn joined the firm in 2018, and she represents creditors in foreclosure and recovery actions.

When not practicing law, Lynn enjoys time with her three young children and her husband, always has at least one (sometimes many!) books in progress, and takes advantage of as many classes and bible studies as time allows, through the church she attends.
